Apprenticeships and Traineeships
By hosting an apprentice or trainee in your organisation, you can help kick-start a young Australian’s career and provide them with a structured opportunity to develop their skills and experience. We can facilitate the placement of an apprentice or trainee through our partner group training organisations, WPC Group and NextGen Jobs, who will take care of the entire process, from recruitment and mentoring to training and payroll administration.

Esso Australia
In Victoria, Esso’s support and guidance has been crucial to ensuring young people understand the opportunities that exist in the oil and gas industries.
The high calibre of applicants has translated to an incredible 100% retention rate of young people in the program (compared with the 50% national average apprenticeship and traineeship retention rate). Apprentices and trainees work in trades such as electrical instrumentation, mechanical fitting and turning, process plant operations and general business.

BMW
The BMW NextTech Programme brings together three acknowledged industry leaders; BMW Group Australia, NextGen Jobs, Australia’s newest group training organisation, and the Bendigo Kangan Institute’s Automotive Centre of Excellence to deliver a cutting-edge apprenticeship experience customised to BMW Group vehicles.
The programme provides apprentices with dedicated BMW training, one-on-one mentoring and accelerated pathways to complete their Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology within three years with an option to extend into a dual qualification as an automotive electrician and to commence BMW registered technician training.
